This is a picture of a polish dwarf who lived in Bristol for a time and was friends with Patrick Cotter the Irish giant. Jozef Boruwlaski (1739-1837) was a Polish-born dwarf who toured in European and Turkish courts. He was 71 cm (28 inches) tall.
